The Mind is the seat of suffering, distinct from our highest intelligence. It is made up of core beliefs, incomplete communications, stuck attitudes and unfelt trauma.

Introductory Individual Sessions (in person or Skype)
$100 an hour

Onsite Sessions (Penelope comes to your location)

$150 for 90 minutes
Clearing Programs
Program sessions last 90+ minutes. All programs include individualized action projects such as cleaning up incomplete communications, getting into reality with money and time, increasing capacity for authentic self care etc.
Acute Resolution: Recent trauma, crisis, sudden transition
Individual Intensive 1 to 3 days
$500 per day
Intensive can be held at my office or retreat site can be arranged.
