Sessions can be done in person and by phone and are usually done in 5 session blocks.  After our relationship is established, “clearing” happens quickly.  Brief phone sessions before and after negotiations, meetings or speeches become an invaluable tool to keep you on track and more relaxed.  Longer sessions create core level transformation for lifelong health and well being.
